The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as “complete physical, mental, and social well-being – and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” healthy mind and healthy body is requires for living a happier life.

Ever since when corona started and turns into a pandemic, slowly but surely people develop healthy habits, like washing hands more often, eat homemade food than a restaurant or deliver food, putting health at top of the list, and being aware of mental health also.

There are two types, one is a healthy body and the second is a healthy mind.

What first thing comes into your mind when someone says healthy body, the first image that comes to mind is a woman with a slim body and a man with abs.

We can define a healthy body as physical fitness, because if you are lazy and you always suffer from any kind of physical pain then you should consider put exercise and yoga in your daily routine.  

How to maintain a healthy body?

There are many ways to stay healthy and fit. Some effective ways that you like to add to your routine.

Eating habits

You need to set a proper diet plan, daily or weekly, so you can easily develop a habit of eating healthy. And also, don’t skip your meal, sometimes skipping your meal is ok, but not more often.

Don’t eat junk food, or restaurant food, eat homemade food, that is healthier than junk food.

That’s not mean that don’t eat junk food or restaurant food at all, but set some boundaries to prevent Sirius health issues. And to be fit and healthy.


Give priority to health means staying active and energetic, for that you need to put exercise and yoga in your daily routine. So, for a whole day, u can feel active and do your work more properly.

exercise also affects your mood, when you exercise there are serotonin releases, and when you exercise on daily basis, increase serotonin level and that will impact positively and that will make your mood and wellness better.

Regular exercise will help you but too much of it can damage your body also.

In this time like corona, you can also work out at home, and by doing housework that also helps you in exercise.

Regular checkup

Nowadays people have a personal doctor, and everyone should do a whole-body checkup once a month at least because it will warn you of some serious disease, and if you know it earlier then you can stop it before it gets worst.

Corona teaches us some important lessons and one of them is taking care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Now people understand that health is everything.

If we want to define a healthy mind that can be written as a state of mind that maintains the balance of physical and emotional states.

Mainly, the healthy mind starts with healthy thoughts, you’re  idea about life, and the vision to see things and handle them.

A healthy mind and healthy body both are the wheels of well-being.  A healthy mind and body make your system, your productivity, and yourself better.

It helps you to make you a more livable life and also makes your body healthy because if your mind is healthy and authentic that positively affects your physical health. So always remember mental health is not shameful but valuable and necessary.

2.Healthy body

A healthy body gives you strength, productivity, and keeps you energetic for your work. Being healthy is the first goal and priority that you can consider on top of your list…It’s also important to maintain your fitness for your responsibilities.

If health and fitness are the simplest way, we can show ourselves that we love ourselves then why everybody doesn’t love themselves!?
